Yeah I'll make this quick and easy.
In my haste, I forgot to mention who could enter The contest is open to anyone with access to this journal entry, except for the judges

Themes
Your entries must fall into at least one of the following categories:

A. General
B. Anime/Manga
C. AMV
D. Photography
E. Fanfiction

Judges and Judging
The judges will be a selection of my close IRL friends.  Their identities will be revealed as the contest progresses since most do have devART accounts
You will be judged based on:

A. Originality
B. Creativity
C. Effort

Rules and Requirements
The following rules must be followed for fairness:

1. All entries must be submitted no earlier than today, June 21st, 2010.
2. Entries must contain 16 objects, like feathers or cupcakes or Pokemons or anime characters...Whatever floats your boat.
3. Objects must be noticeable and countable (i.e. I must be able to count out all 16 objects and none of them is obscured)
4. Objects must be of the same type (i.e. you can't have 15 Pokemons and 1 trainer count as 16 "objects")
5. Sweetness should be included in your contest entry in some way or form because I like sweet things. Yeah use your noggin to figure that one out
6. Entries must be submitted on July 21st, 2010 local time, no exception.  You have exactly a month to work on it, and unless your entry is uberly epik, I don't think you need additional time
7. Submission extension may be permitted if you ask me nicely
8. Winners must note the prize providers for your prize. The prize providers will forget.

Prizes
I'm only thinking about one winner and one runner-up since not a lot of people are gonna enter. So we'll see how that goes
